Noella Bergener Opens Up About Her Emotional Moment in Aspen: “I Had Fallen Apart”
The Real Housewives of Orange County cast member shares details about her solo experience during the Season 16 ladies’ trip.
Noella Bergener is opening up about the "real moment" she experienced while taking some time for herself during the ladies' trip to Aspen in the recent April 6 episode of The Real Housewives of Orange County.
"I need a time-out in life," Noella said during an interview in the episode, as she made the decision to spend a day apart from the rest of the 'Wives and go on a solo nature walk in an effort to process the marital and familial struggles she was going through, which have been chronicled this season on RHOC.
And Noella reflects on everything she experienced during that emotional and stressful time in The Real Housewives of Orange County After Show clip, above, which is exclusive to Bravo Insider members.
"I think it’s so easy to discredit the mental health aspect of what the stress and timing and just circumstances can put on you," Noella says in the RHOC After Show clip, above, going on to add, "I am a very tough girl, and I can power through. But this was… I had fallen apart."
Noella also expresses how she "needed to release what [she] was actually going through," including the outpouring of grief over her father's passing, saying, "It was a moment. It was a real moment." She went on to share, "It was a mental health check."
Noella continues to open up about the "beautiful and raw" moment she experienced on that Aspen trip, including what she will "always be so grateful" about from that day, which you can check out in the RHOC After Show clip, above, by signing up for Bravo Insider.
