Garcelle Beauvais Reveals One of Her "Favorite Moments of 2021"
The RHOBH cast member is reflecting on her best memories from the past year.
Garcelle Beauvais is looking back on some of her best memories from the past year. The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast member recently took to Instagram to share one of “her favorite moments of 2021.”
On December 28, Garcelle opened up about one of her top professional moments of the last year on Instagram. The actress and mom of two posted a still of herself reprising her role in this year’s long-awaited sequel, Coming 2 America. As fans may remember, Garcelle played a rose bearer to Eddie Murphy’s Prince Akeem in the original Coming to America in 1988.
“One of my favorite moments of 2021: getting to bring back the rose bearer in #Coming2America,” Garcelle wrote in the caption of the photo.
This isn’t the only reflective post that Garcelle has shared in the lead-up to the new year. On December 29, she also shared a snapshot from a photo shoot for LaPalme Magazine, captioning it, “Grateful for a year of growth and happiness.”
Garcelle has plenty of exciting new ventures to look forward to in 2022. Her new memoir, Love Me as I Am, is set to hit shelves next spring, as she confirmed in October. The book follows Garcelle’s journey from her early childhood in Haiti to her time a young model in New York and through more than three decades as a TV and film actress.
Garcelle will also return as a cast member to Season 12 of RHOBH, which will feature Kyle Richards, Lisa Rinna, Dorit Kemsley, Erika Girardi, Sutton Stracke, Crystal Kung Minkoff and newcomer Diana Jenkins. Kathy Hilton and Sheree Zampino will also be making an appearance on the show as friends.
