Shereé Whitfield Reveals Where She Stands with Martell: “I Really Liked Him A Lot, But..."

On Season 15 of The Real Housewives of Atlanta, viewers got to see Shereé Whitefield in a different light as she let fans into her relationship with Martell Holt. And while the couple seemed genuinely happy anytime they were together, Martell would often covertly find himself in hot water with the other ladies.
His first offense happened when Shereé had a dispute with Kenya Moore over a DM that Martell sent her in the past. What’s more, the Huntsville native became a topic of discussion again after he received criticism for not picking up the tab at Shereé’s birthday dinner.
Despite all that has been said of Shereé’s love interest, she remained by his side through it all – at least until now.
Is Shereé Whitfield still dating Martell Holt?
During Part 1 of the RHOA Season 15 reunion (which aired on September 3), Shereé shared where she currently stands with Martell after host Andy Cohen asked for a relationship update. While answering a fan question about the rumors about Martell, Shereé didn’t let it phase her as she revealed that Martell had treated her with nothing but kindness.
“When he’s with me, we have the most amazing time. He’s very respectful, but I pulled back a little bit because I’m always getting caught up in his mess,” she explained.
Shereé’s answer posed Andy to follow up the initial question by asking, “Was there a last straw with Martell, or was it just all the noise that came with him?”
Her response? “It was a lot of noise,” she admitted.
While Shereé and Martell aren’t exactly dating, she did state they’re good friends. “We still talk. We still hang out. I really, really liked him a lot, but I like me more,” she clarified about their situation.
In the wake of Shereé being vulnerable about her feelings for Martell, the other ‘Wives and Andy proceeded to cheer the glamma on for putting herself first.

Following Shereé’s relationship update, Andy had Kenya explain her reasoning behind bringing up Martell’s old DM to her after a fan wanted to know why she waited so long to do it.
“I didn’t think it was anything serious,” Kenya stated.
“So why did you give me the information if it didn’t matter?” Shereé asked Kenya.
Kenya, however, clarified that she “gave [Shereé] the information” after seeing that she and Martell were “officially dating.” Shereé disagreed with the matter, telling Kenya that she should’ve told her prior, which might've helped the “direction” of things in her relationship.
Of course, this led to things spiraling between the friends as they began to argue over what qualities they didn't want in a man. Luckily, Andy stepped in to de-escalate the situation before commending Shereé on her resilience to put a pause on love with Martell.
“I think that it’s great that you had the strength within yourself to cut and run. Good for you,” he told Shereé. “Thank you,” she replied.
