Porsha Williams on Her Current Status with Dennis McKinley: "Just Pray for Us"
The RHOA cast member says she and her fiancé are "working on [their] relationship."
Porsha Williams and Dennis McKinley are a work in progress when it comes their relationship. They've lived their ups and downs in front of the world on The Real Housewives of Atlanta — and also via speculation in the blogs. So Porsha addressed recent gossip about her fiancé on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen.
“Can y’all just continue to comment and speculate and just let me figure out my life?" she said in the WWHL Clubhouse. "I’m figuring out my life.”
Porsha, who previously confirmed that the couple is re-engaged despite hitting a few bumps in their relationship following his confession of infidelity, was open and honest about her relationship with the entrepreneur as they work on it and also raise their daughter, Pilar Jhena.
“We're working on our relationship," she added on WWHL. "I think every relationship is a work in progress. We have a daughter together and … just pray for us. You know, you pray for yourself so add us in there too, baby.”
As for Dennis' sit-down with Porsha's mom and sister, which aired on the January 19 episode of RHOA, Lauren Williams opened up about the emotional moment when she was in the Clubhouse with Porsha this past Sunday.
"It did [mean a lot to me]. I think in the moment when he was telling us we should have reached out, I felt attacked and I was angry in the moment," Lauren said. "But, later on, when I went home and talked to my mom, she was like: 'It's big of him to even want to sit you down and discuss how he felt.'"
