Destiney Previews Reza and MJ's Pool Party Drama: "It Was So Dark and Deep"
The Shahs of Sunset cast member gives her reaction to the upcoming confrontation.
It's the moment we've all been waiting for. Reza Farahan and Mercedes "MJ" Javid will finally come face to face at Sara Jeihooni's pool party in the March 13 episode of Shahs of Sunset.
We can already tell this is going to be one of the most explosive moments in the history of the series. The above preview clip shows things getting heated between Reza and MJ, ending with MJ throwing a drink in Reza's face.
Not only has Destiney Rose been caught in the middle of Reza and MJ's beef this season of Shahs of Sunset, but she looks to be literally in the middle of both of her friends during their confrontation at Sara's pool party. So who better to tease what we can expect to see from the drama-filled moment, which Destiney did during a recent interview with TooFab?
Destiney told TooFab that the moment was "so intense that I wanted to take off my wig." "It was so dark and deep," she added. "You guys are gonna feel it, you'll know what I mean."
Destiney previously offered up her take on Reza and MJ's conflict during an interview with ET. "Hurt people hurt people, plain and simple," she said. "And when you're hurting, what do you go to? You go and you want to make sure to hurt the person that is hurting you. Unfortunately, our emotions get the best of us. And so, when someone is doing something that is hurtful or malicious, or sometimes just dumb, sometimes you just don't know better, you know?"
She is also remaining hopeful that Reza and MJ can one day get their friendship back on track. “Reza is my number one. He will always be, with or without this show, in life,” she told ET. “But, I pray to God that Mers and Reza get to a better place. I want to believe that."
