Ramona Singer is sipping from the fountain of youth while hanging out on vacation. The Real Housewives of New York City mom posted a picture of herself in the center of a dance circle on the beach at Gurney's Montauk Resort & Seawater Spa in New York to Instagram with a little caption structured like a poem of sorts:

How to Watch

Watch The Real Housewives of New York City on Bravo Tuesdays at 9/8c and stream next day on Peacock. Catch up on the Bravo app.

"Age is just a number
It’s mind over matter
If you don’t mind
It doesn’t matter
#turtletime"

She ended the missive with a blast from the past by using the hashtag #turtletime. RHONY fans may remember that Ramona debuted "Turtle Time" during the Season 3 girls' trip to celebrate her vow renewal (clip above).

"'Turtle Time' is in the privacy of your home or a place you have fun with your friends. It means cutting loose, having some Pinot Grigio and even dancing," Ramona explained in a blog post

Ramona's got the right idea — you're as young as you feel!
