Here's What Bethenny Frankel Texted Ramona Singer After Her Comments About Dennis Shields

Ramona Singer addressed the comments she previously made about Bethenny Frankel's late loved one Dennis Shields during Wednesday night's episode of Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen.

Ramona had made a remark criticizing Dennis' intelligence in the March 20 episode of The Real Housewives of New York City. "I don't even recall saying it, and I was appalled. I'm trying to be [more] filtered, and I was appalled, and I texted [Bethenny] immediately," Ramona said to Andy Cohen about watching the moment in the episode (clip above).

"I was so upset. I was mortified. I cried. I was like, oh my god, oh my god, I couldn't believe this. And I texted her and I just said, 'I don't even know what to say. I'm so upset.'"

Ramona previously apologized for her comments about Dennis prior to the airing of the March 20 episode of RHONY. "I cringed when I saw what I said about Dennis in tonight’s episode. It definitely wasn’t one of my finer moments," she shared on Twitter. "I respected and liked him very much and I sincerely apologize to his family and Bethenny for my thoughtless comments."
