Porsha Williams Dropped New Details About Her Wedding Plans

Just a couple weeks after confirming her engagement to Simon Guobadia, Porsha Williams dropped a tease about what to expect from her wedding day. Actually, we mean, wedding days.

During a recent episode of DISH Nation, The Real Housewives of Atlanta cast member and bride-to-be confirmed her plans for multiple weddings with the special guy in her life.

Porsha shared on the radio show that she was told by her future husband to "do whatever you want" when it comes to the wedding plans. “He’s African, so we’re going to have a native law and custom ceremony and a regular wedding, and then we’re going to have another wedding at one of the houses that is out of the country,” she revealed.

On a previous episode of DISH Nation released just days after the engagement was confirmed, Porsha shared that Simon proposed the Thursday before Mother's Day. It was on Mother's Day that she was seen on Instagram with her future husband, as well as her ex, Dennis McKinley, with whom she shares a 2-year-old daughter, Pilar Jhena McKinley. Porsha said of the photo that she "didn't think anything of it" when she shared it but instead wanted to capture a loving moment.

"I've been waiting for a love like this and God answered my prayers ... and I wasn't going to deny it when it was smacking me dead in my face. I'm happy," Porsha added about her romance with Simon during the episode, in which she confirmed that she is not pregnant when her co-stars asked.

Porsha first addressed her relationship with Simon in mid-May, the same day he confirmed they were also engaged. "Our relationship began a month ago—yes we are crazy in love. I know it’s fast but we are living life each day to its fullest. I choose happiness every morning and every night. Tuning out all negative energy and only focused on positive wishes. He makes me so happy and to me, that is what matters most," she wrote on Instagram at the time.
