Dr. Paul Nassif and his wife, Brittany Patakos, have officially reached their fifth year of marriage together.
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills ex took to Instagram last week, where he showed off how the couple celebrated this major milestone in their relationship amid Brittany's second pregnancy.
In typical anniversary fashion, the couple went out to dinner to celebrate their big evening. Although it's just a little unclear where they dined, they had an amazing view of the ocean across the balcony at their dinner table, making it a super romantic setting.
The couple held hands from across the table and smiled for the camera in one photo, while they got a full body shot — which highlighted Brittany's growing pregnancy bump — in the second photo. Paul took to the caption of the post, where he wrote the sweetest tribute to her.
"Beautiful 5th Anniversary Weekend with [Brittany] & Baby Nassif, who is on his way!" he wrote. "I love you more than ever..."
Ahead of their anniversary dinner, Paul had posted a longer tribute to his wife on Instagram on September 28, the date of their first wedding, which happened in Los Angeles on September 28, 2019. The couple said their vows in front of friends and family in a ceremony in Greece days later on October 6, 2019, according to E! News.
Paul took to the caption of the post where he fully expressed his love for his wife. "I appreciate all that you do for me and your nurturing nature," he wrote. "I'm truly so thankful that I found you in this lifetime...you're my soulmate. Thank you for being the best mom, step-mom, best friend, & wife. I love you more than any words could ever come close to describing. Here's to many more adventures with our growing family!"

Brittany and Paul are expecting their second child together in January 2025. This is going to be Brittany's second child and Paul's fifth.
He and Brittany are already the parents to a daughter, Paulina Nassif, born in October 2020. Paul also shares his adult sons — Gavin, Collin, and Christian Nassif — with his ex-wife and RHOBH alum, Adrienne Maloof.

The couple had previously announced their second pregnancy in a super simple way — on Instagram. Paul took to his account, where he posted a video of his three sons firing off poppers filled with blue powder, which revealed the new baby's sex.
"SURPRISE!" Paul wrote in the caption of the post. "We are having a...BOY!!!!! We can't wait to meet you & we love you so much already, Baby Nassif!"
That same day, Brittany took to her Instagram account, where she posted a sonogram of the baby. "My little baby boy coming in January," she wrote in the caption of the post. "We're so excited to meet you!"
