Nene Leakes Claps Back at Critics of Her Marriage: "People Think They Know But They Have No Idea"

Nene Leakes has been an open book in all of her seasons on The Real Housewives of Atlanta, sharing all of the trials and tribulations of her life. The Swagg Boutique owner has been especially candid with fans about her marriage to Gregg Leakes this season as the two deal with his battle with colon cancer.
Understandably, this hasn't been an easy time for the RHOA couple, and everything came to a head during the girls' trip to Tokyo with Nene experiencing a few teary moments after some difficult phone calls with her husband back home. The most recent episode of RHOA ended on an emotional note after Gregg sent flowers and a message that reaffirmed his love for Nene during her last day in Tokyo. Nene opens up more about her tension with Gregg during that RHOA vacation during The Real Housewives of Atlanta Season 11 After Show, above.
For anyone with anything negative to say about her relationship, Nene silenced the haters and showed that she's standing by her man with a recent post on Instagram that features a photo of her with her arm around Gregg. "People think they know but they have no idea," she captioned the post, which also included "#ourbusiness" and "#20plusyears."
After Nene expressed her frustrations while serving as a caretaker for Gregg during his cancer battle, her husband shared a heartfelt note of apology on Instagram in January. "We always hurt the ones we love because they allow us to hurt them rather than snap back," he wrote. "I’m tired of hurting my wife who is only trying to take good care of me and wants only the best for me too. She deserves much more for her hard efforts and tireless hours spent on me. I pray to God to get it together. She’s done NO wrong. This is ALL on me. Cancer WILL change your Life."
