Meet Southern Charm Season 10 Newcomer Molly O'Connell, Who Has a NSFW Connection to Craig

Allow us to introduce new Southern Charm cast member Molly O'Connell.
She's set to join Season 10 alongside fellow newbies Salley Carson and Ryan Albert, as well as returning Charmers Madison LeCroy, Craig Conover, Austen Kroll, Shep Rose, Rodrigo Reyes, Venita Aspen, Taylor Ann Green, Jarrett "JT" Thomas, and Leva Bonaparte.
"I love Molly. She's weird, but like, in a good way," says Madison in the season trailer, which you can watch above. Other insights from the preview include Molly's music taste — she likens her time at a horse race to being in a "Seal music video" — and the fact that she used to "sext" Craig.
"I mean, I'm not trying to steal him from Paige [DeSorbo] or anything ... " she explains as Madison pops a bottle of bubbles.

Who is Molly O'Connell?
If you spotted Molly in the Southern Charm Season 10 trailer and thought her face looked familiar, you might be right: She's been friends with the cast for a long time and has even popped up in the background of prior seasons.
"I’ll most likely be drunk in the background pretending to play the harp," she wrote in an Instagram post before the Season 6 finale in August 2019.
But now, we get to know more of her story. "Molly is a true Southern Belle who grew up in Charleston, after being adopted at 3 days old by two high-profile attorneys. Molly left the Holy City to pursue her career as a model and catapulted to success by appearing on America’s Next Top Model in 2010," Molly's official BravoTV.com bio reads. "Since then, she has appeared in many high-end fashion publications and walked the runways of couture fashion shows. She's returned home to be closer to her family and friends, and her longtime entanglements with the men of the group lead her to wonder exactly how she fits in."
Another fun fact? Molly has also been a charter guest on Below Deck — a Bravo stamp of approval if there ever was one.
What does Molly O'Connell do for a living?
Molly is a model, and you might've seen her doing her job on TV before. In 2011, she was the runner-up on Cycle 16 of America's Next Top Model (she let Tyra Banks chop her hair before the finale, but still didn't win). According to her IMDb page, she also acted in the 2024 movie The Late Game.
What's more? She can sing! In February 2024, Molly posted a stunning rendition of Kacey Musgraves' "Slow Burn" to her Instagram profile.
