Here's How Tish Cyrus Knows Daughter Miley Hasn't Gotten Married to Liam Hemsworth
The #CyrusVsCyrus designer is totally down for designing her daughter's wedding "if and when that day comes."
The world is waiting with bated breath for the day when Miley Cyrus and her fiancé Liam Hemsworth tie the knot. When the big day finally arrives, Miley has a talented designer at her disposal to help her have the most gorgeous wedding ever: her mom, Tish Cyrus.
The designer of the new home makeover series Cyrus vs. Cyrus: Design and Conquer recently told reporters at NBCUniversal Summer Press Day that she would definitely design her daughter's wedding "if and when that day comes," according to E! News.
Of course, rumors about Miley's impending nuptials continue to swirl. Miley's famous dad, Billy Ray Cyrus, recently sparked more buzz when he posted an Instagram photo of Miley on a monitor wearing a white dress earlier this month. The post was captioned, "I'm so happy...you are happy @mileycyrus."
Miley's manager confirmed to Us Weekly that she and Liam are still not married, and Tish recently told ET that she totally didn't get wedding vibes from that photo. “I'm always the last to know,” she said of the Instagram post. “I looked at the picture, and I'm like, Brandi was like, 'Why was everybody thinking that?!'”
The pop star's older sister, Brandi Cyrus, who will be designing up a storm alongside her mama on Cyrus vs. Cyrus: Design and Conquer, also knew that Miley couldn't have gotten married. “I was like in that top?!" she told ET. "What are you, crazy?!"
Tish agreed saying, “If Miley was getting married, it would not be in that dress!”
Brandi said that Miley "would have had some fabulous wedding dress, not just like [the] frilly top she was wearing in a photo."
We have no doubt that when Miley's wedding day comes, it's going to look amazing.
We'll see more of Miley when Cyrus vs. Cyrus: Design and Conquer premieres on Thursday, May 25 at 10/9c. Watch the full preview of what you can expect above, and then check out some more home inspo, below.
