We Finally Know Which Potomac Husband Michael Darby Was Allegedly Talking About
Robyn Dixon confirmed the subject of The Real Housewives of Potomachusband's alleged statement.
We finally got the answer to one of the biggest mysteries of Season 4 of The Real Housewives of Potomac during Part 2 of the reunion Sunday night.
All season long, we've been wondering who Michael Darby's alleged comment, "Yeah, I would suck his dick," was about ever since Robyn Dixon said she heard the RHOP husband utter the words at a birthday party for Ashley Darby's uncle. Robyn never revealed who Michael was allegedly talking about, but she hinted that the subject of the statement was one of his fellow RHOP husbands.
Robyn finally confirmed during Part 2 of the reunion that Michael's supposed comment was about her ex-husband, Juan Dixon.
Ashley said that she did not hear Michael say that statement that night. "Michael does not remember saying anything like this," she said.
The RHOP mom also pointed out how Robyn and Candiace Dillard Bassett, who also said she heard Michael make a similar comment, "can't align" on the words that were actually said. "How did one person hear this, and another person heard that?" she asked.
Robyn said in response, "But, Ashley, think about it: If we were making this up, don't you think we would have the exact same story?"
Robyn also described the moment she told Juan about the alleged comment. "I had to once Michael called Juan and asked him to tell me to stop talking about him. And I had to explain what happened," she recalled. "[Juan] laughed first. And then told me to shut up."
Ashley said she thought bringing up the statement "was some sort of revenge" for all of the negative comments she had made about Robyn in the past. But "that wasn't the case at all," according to Robyn.
"Ashley, honestly, I felt comfortable bringing that up to you probably because of your behavior in the past towards other people," she explained. "So if you're able to dish it and go so hard like you have on the rest of us, then you, I thought, were equipped to handle that comment."
In fact, Robyn, and much of the rest of the RHOP squad, thought Ashley was just going to laugh off the alleged comment.
