In an interview with the outlet, Mia said that she knew her marital issues were past the point of no return when Gordon spoke to the press about some of the personal details of their relationship.
“I want to say my breaking point was when he publicly decided to shame me,” she said about how his comments affected her.

As Mia went on to explain to Page Six, she doesn't want to say anything disparaging about Gordon because the exes share two young children together, son Jeremiah and daughter Juliana.
“I’m trying to reel him in and we need to work together as a family," she added. "We have these beautiful babies that we’re raising and being a mom is No. 1 for me. And I’m very proud to hold that title of being Supermom."
She said that her kids are doing well, even as their parents navigate their separation.
"And we have happy kids," she concluded. "I want them to stay happy."
