Melissa Gorga & Antonia’s Christmas Tree Decorating Included an Epic Fail (PICS)
The Real Housewives of New Jersey mom is getting ready for the holiday season 2024 at home with her daughter.
Melissa Gorga's home is ready to go for the holiday season thanks to the help from her daughter Antonia Gorga. The Real Housewives of New Jersey mom always knows how to keep her house perfectly "on display" for any occasion, including Thanksgiving and Christmas.
Melissa took to her Instagram Story recently, where she revealed that Antonia, a sophomore at the University of Delaware, was home from college for Thanksgiving. But, Melissa had to put her to work, having her help decorate their family's living room for Santa's arrival.
In the now-disappeared photos and videos posted to Instagram Story, Melissa, wearing a full red jumpsuit, can be seen hanging her stockings — bearing the names of all three of her children and husband, Joe Gorga — above the fireplace, which was already lit. Melissa then made her way over to join Antonia at the tree, where they hung ornaments on the pre-lit, flocked, artificial Christmas tree.
But this decorating day did not go off seamlessly, as Antonia accidentally broke an ornament while trying to hang it up on the tree. "What did you do?!" Melissa asked Antonia in the now-disappeared video. "Come onnnnnnn, ugh," Melissa said.
However, Melissa was also able to show off the completed tree, decked out in gold lights, silver ball ornaments, and gilded floral branches, sticking out of the tree. It's simple; it's monochromatic; it's beautiful; and it's so classically Melissa.
This decorating day was a full-on family affair. In addition to Antonia, their family dog, Nico, joined in on the action wearing a Santa suit, and surrounded by Elf on the Shelf figurines. "It's timmmeeeeeee," Melissa wrote over the snapshots, looking like a little Santa herself.

This isn't the only Christmas tree in Melissa's house. Joe took to his Instagram Story on Nov. 10, where he posted a playful video of him roughhousing with his friend, Frank Catania. Although this was so much fun to see, one of Melissa and Joe's Christmas trees, sitting in the background of the video, was definitely the main attraction in the photo.
In the snapshot, the Christmas tree can be seen sitting in the foyer, standing tall, decorated with a bunch of little lights and a fluffy white tree skirt. It's unclear if Melissa and Joe will be decorating that tree, but if their 2023 holiday decorations are any indication, the tree will be so chic.

During an Amazon Live stream on Thursday, Nov. 21, Melissa opened up about what the holiday season has in store for her and her family. "I'm hosting Christmas Eve this year," she explained. "I always host Christmas Eve, I love hosting Christmas Eve, that's like, my jam. My sister is hosting Thanksgiving, so we're going to my sister's house for Thanksgiving. So I'm excited for that."
