The Real Housewives of Orange County alum filed new documents to divorce her husband after nearly 30 years of marriage, TMZ first reported.

Lynne first filed for divorce from Frank in 2012. However, neither Lynne nor Frank took action on the divorce for five years, so a judge dismissed it in late 2017, leaving the two still married, according to TMZ. The couple has two adult daughters together, Raquel, who now goes by the name Suttin, and Alexa.

Lynne commented on the status of her divorce during an interview with The Daily Dish over the phone in October 2018. "No, it’s not final," she said. "I gave him the papers, and then nothing happened."

She also said that she saw and spoke to Frank on occasion, but not regularly. "Never in a million years would I ever think that I was gonna be divorced, so it’s strange. I mean, I could talk to him on the phone and have a brief conversation," she explained. "We don’t fight or anything. It’s just awkward, you know?"
