Luann de Lesseps and Sonja Morgan Reveal Jaw-Dropping Details About Their Dating Lives Today
One of the Welcome to Crappie Lake BFFs shared she’s looking for a “bigger belly, less hair, so I can get naked and feel comfortable.”
Over the years, The Real Housewives of New York City fans have watched the romantic lives of Sonja Morgan and Luann de Lesseps unfold right before their eyes. The two women have been open about the many stages of their romantic lives, from marriage to divorce to dating in the Big Apple. And now we’re getting some updates on who they’re currently dating ahead of the premiere of their new Bravo series, Luann & Sonja: Welcome to Crappie Lake.
Is Luann de Lesseps single?
Currently, Luann is single and ready to mingle.
When fans first met Countess Luann, she was married to Alexandre de Lesseps (together they share two kids, Noel and Victoria). They later divorced, and from there, Luann shared her life as a single lady in the city and took us inside her romantic adventures (including her brief marriage to Tom D’Agostino).
So what is Luann looking for in a partner today? “Well, you know, right now, dating for me has been fun ’cause we’re busy girls, right?” she told The Daily Dish in a recent interview. “And so I’m dating. I would love to find husband [No. 3] ’cause three times the charm.”
As for what she’s looking for in a potential partner, she said she’s looking for someone “fun… I need somebody that makes me laugh. Somebody who’s a great conversationalist. Somebody preferably who’s tall, dark, and handsome, with hair. I will take him with hair. We [Sonja and I] don’t compete for the same men, which is good.”
Is Sonja Morgan single?
When Sonja came on the RHONY scene, she was already divorced from her husband, John Adams Morgan (together they have a daughter, Quincy). These days she’s flying solo.
Much like Luann, Sonja never shied away from taking viewers inside her dating life over the years. So does she have someone special in her life today? “Let’s just say, what am I looking for in a partner today? I’m looking for a partner and whatever I can get,” she said about her current single status.
As for Sonja’s perfect mate, she revealed to The Daily Dish: “Well, mine is simple. Bigger belly, less hair, so I can get naked and feel comfortable. I don’t want these gorgeous men that [Luann] dates. I just can’t do it. She has amazing self-esteem.”
The Secret to Sonja and Luann’s Friendship Revealed
As for what keeps their friendship strong, Sonja shared, “Well, now, hoes before bros. That’s it… I say it every day.”
She went on to add, “Well, let’s just say, we don’t compete for the same guys, but sometimes we do end up with the same guys just at a different time. Maybe a slight overlap, but we don’t let that come between our friendship, especially at this point in life.”
