Ramona Singer Gives Her Honest Opinion of Luann de Lesseps' Christmas Song

There's always a lot of chatter about Luann de Lesseps' music career on The Real Housewives of New York City, and Season 13 is no exception.

How to Watch

Watch The Real Housewives of New York City on Bravo Tuesdays at 9/8c and stream next day on Peacock. Catch up on the Bravo app.

In the July 27 episode of RHONY, Luann asked her fellow New York Housewives to be featured on her new Christmas song and accompanying music video benefitting The Fortune Society, a non-profit organization that offers support to those who were formerly incarcerated. All of the ladies were happy to participate, although Leah McSweeney did have some questions pertaining to legal matters and the financials of the song, which led to drama between her and Luann.

One of those tense moments occurred during Ramona Singer and Sonja Morgan's joint birthday party after Leah asked Ramona for her take on the outstanding questions she had about Luann's song.

Ramona later weighed in on the situation during the August 3 Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen After Show (clip above). "I just think it was the wrong time to bring it up. She brought it up initially at my birthday party, Sonja's birthday party. It's just not the right time," Ramona said. "I don't think Luann got defensive. And they resolved it. That's the most important thing, they resolved it."

Luann previously explained her reaction to Leah during her appearance on WWHL on July 27, sharing that they were still "in the creative process" with the song at the time and that they "just hadn't gotten to" sorting out the paperwork yet. "So I understand that, and seeing it, I don't think I stated it clearly enough to her," Luann said of her disagreement with Leah. "And it's true that she might have been nervous about it, but, listen, it's for charity, it's for a great cause, and, of course, I'm so happy the girls are all a part of it, which is amazing."

So, what does Ramona really think of Luann's song? "You know what, I really liked it. I really liked doing it, and I think it will be a hit. I think it'll be a hit because people want to contribute to the charity she's crazy for," she shared during the WWHL After Show. "And I liked it. It was very catchy. It was very cute."

Sonja also appears to be a fan of the holiday tune. She shared that she had "fun" recording her part in the song while sharing a clip of the session featured on RHONY on her Instagram.

For those who can't wait to hear the full track (which is everyone, duh!), Luann teased on her Instagram in advance of the latest episode of RHONY, "My new #Christmas song will be out this fall, just in time for my Christmas tour! Tickets on sale soon!"

In the post, Luann also thanked the creative team behind the song and music video, as well as the entire RHONY cast (Ramona, Sonja, Leah, and Eboni K. Williams) "for joining me to help raise money for @fortunesociety."
