Dina Manzo Encourages Luann D'Agostino to "Stay Strong" Amid Her Divorce
The #RHONY mom gets some major support from the #RHONJ alum.
Dina Manzo is sending her love to Luann D'Agostino after The Real Housewives of New York City mom announced her plans to divorce husband Tom D'Agostino on Thursday.
Luann confirmed the split on Twitter with the message, "It's with great sadness that Tom & I agreed to divorce. We care for each other very much, hope you respect our privacy during this sad time!" Dina tweeted her support to Luann on Friday with the reply, "I'm so incredibly sorry. Stay strong."
As fans of The Real Housewives of New Jersey know, Dina knows what it's like to go through a divorce. The RHONJ alum separated from her husband, Tommy Manzo, in 2013, and they finalized their divorce in 2016.
Luann has received many kind words from her RHONY pals following the news of her divorce, as well as Housewives outside of the Empire State, like Dina and The Real Housewives of Miami's Marysol Patton, who asked everyone to show compassion and understanding for Luann and Tom's situation as they go through this difficult time. “I just found out, and obviously it’s a difficult time for Tom and Luann,” Marysol said of the split in a statement to Miami.com. “I think we all need to respect their privacy and be supportive as they go through this separation period.”
