Lisa Hochstein's Divorce Influenced Her Next Career Move
In case you need a refresher, while Lisa and her castmates were filming RHOM Season 5 in the spring of 2022, Lenny filed for divorce.
Lisa has been candid on Season 6 about the difficulties of going through a divorce, and her new website, Splitwell, aims to help couples separate "without breaking the bank."
The website is currently live, but interested users are only able to submit their email addresses to join the waitlist at this time.
As Lisa herself said, her situation inspired this career move.
"Turning my pain into purpose," the Splitwell founder wrote alongside an Instagram Story confirming the news, per Page Six.
During BravoCon 2023, Lisa revealed that she was working on the website with her boyfriend, Jody Glidden (find out more about their relationship below).
“Because of this, all of these horrible things that have happened in my life, Jody and I — we are launching a platform to help other women,” Lisa said, later noting that she wants to help “other people get through these really hard times and try to save costs on their divorce.”
“It’s something I feel like I’m meant to do on this earth, to help other people,” she added.
Lisa Hochstein Shares an Update on Her Dating Life
Though Lisa's divorce is a major part of her life on RHOM Season 6, she also just introduced viewers to the new man in her life/her new business partner, Jody Glidden.
The pair went public with their romance in the spring of 2023, and Lisa also gushed about her boyfriend when she attended BravoCon 2023.
She shared that Jody is "the best thing" to come out of her divorce, and she even revealed that she would get remarried again.
“You know, engaged, married, sometimes just having a very long engagement can be nice, too...” Lisa said during a panel. “I don’t really wanna be a girlfriend. I feel like, ‘girlfriend?’” she admitted, before declaring, “I want a ring again. Another ring.”
