The December 8 video — soundtracked by Kylie Minogue’s “It’s the Most Wonderful Time of the Year” — provided close-ups of a sparkly red-bottom high heel, a Times Square subway sign, a Rubik’s cube, a skateboard, a pink blow-dryer, a basketball hoop, and a glittery camera.
Fans also got a glimpse at Lisa’s De Carlini ornaments and a few traditional pieces, like felt and metallic baubles.
A look back on Lisa Barlow's "unofficial" holiday album
Lisa’s love for the holidays has been well-documented over the years. In RHOSLC Season 3, the mother of two blessed viewers with her rendition of “Away in Manger” — a now-iconic moment that inspired Lisa to expand her music career.
In 2022, the Salt Lake City ’Wife returned to Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen to playfully announce Slay Ride, her “unofficial and highly anticipated holiday album.” The teaser included snippets of Lisa singing holiday classics, like “We Wish You a Merry Christmas,” “Jingle Bells,” “Auld Lang Syne,” and her “hit version” of “Deck the Halls,” which included a shoutout to her Vida Tequila brand.
Lisa shares details on her new home build
The holidays come as Lisa prepares for a major life change. Earlier this year, the New York native announced she and her family were moving into a new Utah home. She touched on the decision during the RHOSLC After Show, explaining how the new property would differ from her current house.
“We’re building a home. Our house right now is cold modern, and the new house we’re doing is very clean lines, 90-degree angles only,” she said. “Nothing can be, like, rounded. I don’t want arches. Very, very warm. John [Barlow] wants concrete floors, so I think that will be the coldest part of the house.”
Lisa said she requested a 2,000-square-foot closet, as well as radiant heating for the floors, a spray-tan room with washable walls, and ambient light so “so everyone looks pretty in [her] house, all the time.” As for the outdoor space, Lisa said the plan is to build a pool, which her current house lacks.
“I grew up with a pool, so it’s weird that we don’t have one, and that we’ve never had one,” she said. “We’re definitely going to have a pool and everything in the backyard will face mountains. You’re gonna love, love, love it.”
