Lindsay Hubbard Is Still "Annoyed" Over Sex Life with Carl Radke: "I've Been Rejected"

Lindsay Hubbard and Carl Radke's sex life — or lack thereof — was once again a topic of conversation Summer House Season 8, Episode 8, when Lindsay told Andrea Denver she would rate it a "two and a half [out of 10]." More recently, both Lindsay and Carl shared new details about their intimacy "challenges" on the Summer House Season 8 After Show.

In the video above, Carl admitted, "I think in hindsight now looking at it, yeah, the sex, I think, for us...it was just challenging for us to find the intimacy, I think, wrapped around a lot of the conflict and tension that we had."

"I don't recall the sex being at the top of her list of issues at couples therapy," he continued. "I think it's a direct result of the challenges we were having."

As Lindsay explained in the video above, she took issue with Carl's response when she tried to initiate sex. "Do you know how many times I've been rejected?" she asked Gabby Prescod. "I'm actually annoyed about it now thinking about it."

According to Carl, however, that was a mutual experience. "I recall a lot of time I was very interested in having sex, and she wasn't," he said. "There [were] times she was tired and that's fine. I didn't bitch and moan and call Kyle [Cooke] and go, 'Lindsay won't have sex with me.' I just kind of work through it and try to deal with stuff in couples therapy and try to be honest about it."

Kyle noted he can "completely relate" to the situation. "If your relationship isn't in the greatest place, yeah, you're not having great sex," Kyle said in the video above. "Let's just call it how it is."

Previously, on Episode 6 of the Summer House After Show, Carl opened up more about his lack of physical intimacy with Lindsay. "As far as I remember, I mean, I think we only had sex one time over the summer — twice total, but one time in the house," he said. "Yeah, I mean, I think that says more about the dynamic of the relationship than I think the sex itself."

"I think [Lindsay] would promote that she's all about the sex, sex, sex, sex, sex, and I experienced something different in the relationship," he continued. "When we did have sex, I thought it was pretty good. But the last seven to eight months of our relationship, every week being in couples therapy, the conflict and the ups and the downs, it was hard sometimes to come together and do that."
