Well, This Is What Happened When Lala Kent Saw Captain Jason Chambers at BravoCon 2023
The Vanderpump Rules cast member shared a candid assessment of her run-in with the Below Deck Down Under boss at BravoCon 2023.
Bravo franchises were bound to collide at BravoCon 2023. The high-octane event saw more than 160 Bravolebs come together in Las Vegas from November 3 to 5. At the event, some Vanderpump Rules cast members got to mix and mingle with personalities from other Bravo shows, and fans loved to see it.
As one example, Southern Charm's Olivia Flowers had a run-in with Tom Sandoval as they left for a party at the same time. (More on that below!) Lala Kent had an interesting encounter too, crossing paths with Below Deck Down Under captain Jason Chambers.
Both Lala and Jason posted photos from the encounter, and — based on the comments — it looks like fans and Bravolebs alike enjoyed seeing the Give Them Lala mogul and the boating pro together.
Jason shared a photo of himself posing with Lala on November 5, writing "awesome day 3," and his comments lit up with fire and applause emojis. Lala shared a similar photo of the encounter on her own feed, prompting comments from several Bravolebrities.

Under Lala's post, The Real Housewives of Orange County's Emily Simpson dropped three fire emoji. The Real Housewives of New York City's Brynn Whitfield wrote "I'm peanut butter and jealous." Below Deck alum Kate Chastain piped in, too, writing: "POWER COUPLE."
For his part, during an interview with BravoTV.com, Captain Jason did note that his dream Bravoleb charter guest would be Lala.
But before anyone gets too excited, Lala was asked whether she had her eye on anyone at BravoCon 2023— and Jason's name didn't come up. In the clip above from the November 3 panel discussion "Surv'ing Up the Latest With Vanderpump Rules," whick took place at Caesar's Forum, Lala jokes that she only has her eye on moderator Karamo. She adds: "I only like girls and gays."
However, at another BravoCon panel later in the weekend, Lala and Jason did address running into each other in an elevator.

By the way, don't jump to conclusions about the Olivia and Sandoval run-in, either. When a fan asked Olivia how it was hanging out with the Schwartz & Sandy's co-owner during a November 5 panel discussion called "It's All About to Go South!" Olivia had this to say.
"We went to [Paige DeSorbo's] birthday party and just happened to leave at the same time. I remember walking through the casino and I heard [people saying] 'it's Olivia and Sandoval,' and I was like 'sh-t.'"
As the audience laughed, Olivia clarified: "It's not Olivia and Sandoval. We just left at the same time and I'm a big Ariana [Madix] fan, big fan of the cast... that's the answer."
