Lala and Scheana's Daughters Step Out for the Ultimate Red Carpet Play Date
The Vanderpump Rules babies Ocean Kent and Summer Moon Honey Davies were all hugs and smiles at the Hot Wheels™: Ultimate Challenge series' premiere party.
Vanderpump Rules stars, past and present, stepped onto the red carpet, and trust us: It doesn’t get more adorable than this!
Season 10’s Lala Kent, Scheana Shay and husband Brock Davies, and former SURvers Jax Taylor and wife Brittany Cartwright appeared Sunday, May 20, at the Los Angeles premiere of Hot Wheels™: Ultimate Challenge. Of course, the Vanderpump Rules crew pulled up in style, but it was their toddler-aged children who brought all of the cuteness.
Scheana Shay and Lala Kent's Kids Attend Red Carpet Event
Lala brought her 2-year-old, Ocean Kent Emmett, to the daytime event, both dressed casually in faded denims. Lala wore a long-sleeved, off-black duster over a white top, with black and white Nikes to complete the look.
Ocean was all smiles, with a matching cotton white blouse and strappy sandals, with a big blue bow atop her curls.
Also in attendance was Summer Moon, the 2-year-old daughter of newlyweds Scheana and Brock, happy as ever with black bows in her hair. Matching black boots and black-and-white patterned leggings complemented an ivory sweatshirt embroidered with her name.

Nearby, the “Good as Gold” singer and her new groom gave the world their best sporty looks, with Scheana in a coral, black, and white motorcycle jacket over a black crop top and ripped black jeans, a perfect getup for the new NBC series. Brock — sporting his new, short hair — wore an olive-green sports top over comfy, cream-colored pants.
Not even reporters at the red-carpet event could contain their awws when both children hugged one another, kissing and smiling before cameras.
Of course, the Hot Wheels™: Ultimate Challenge party isn't Ocean and Summer’s first play date. A quick look at Summer’s Instagram page shows handfuls of fun times, including the girls hugging, wearing their best playful animal prints, or trying to convince Jax and Brittany’s son, Cruz Michael Cauchi, that they don’t have cooties.
Cruz also joined his parents for the premiere party, wearing an incredibly cool white top, befittingly accented with racing checker-flag patterns. He and his dad were “loving all the cool cars,” as seen on Jax’s Instagram.
What Is Hot Wheels™?
Ocean, Summer, and Cruz, were in good company at the Hot Wheels™: Ultimate Challenge party, which premieres Tuesday, May 30 at 10/9c on NBC and the next day on Peacock.
Legendary TV host Jay Leno, America’s Got Talent host Terry Crews, and Law & Order’s Anthony Anderson also walked the red carpet. They are just a few of the celebrity judges who will be pulling up to join the hot rod competition series’ host and expert Rutledge Wood. Sung Kang of the Fast & Furious franchise, Community’s Joel McHale, and WWE superstar BIG E will also appear on Hot Wheels™.
Hot Wheels™ Ultimate Challenge gives Hot Wheels™' superfans a chance to take a car near and dear to their hearts and transform it into the ultimate hot rod. It brings ‘90s nostalgia and vroom into a fun and colorful competition sure to make our hearts race with excitement.
However, the Vanderpump Rules cast weren’t the only Bravolebrities at the series’ premiere event. The Real Housewives of Orange County’s Gina Kirschenheiter and Travis Mullen came with their sporty-dressed bunch: Gina’s three children, Nicholas, Luca, and Sienna Rose, and Travis’ three children, Presley, Bennett, and Joseph.
RHOC cast member and mother of five, Jennifer Pedranti, also came with three of her children and boyfriend, Ryan Boyajian.
“What a FUN day at NBC’s premiere for the Hot Wheels Challenge!” Jennifer wrote on Instagram. “So grateful to be a part of the Bravo family!”
In a time when the cast of Vanderpump Rules remains so divided in light of the explosive events of Season 10, it seems the adorable bond between Ocean and Summer is the peace, love, and unity we can all aspire for.
