Kyle Richards Opens Up on Her "Very Close" Friendship with Morgan Wade
The RHOBH O.G. opened up about becoming "very close" with the country singer.
Kyle Richards is going through a lot of life changes on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Season 13. Her official bio for the season notes that she's a "diamond under pressure" because her "27 year marriage [is] in turmoil" and "the tabloids — and those closest to her — question her budding friendship with a well-known country singer."
The country singer in question is Morgan Wade, and Kyle's bond with the songstress has been a talking point for fans and Kyle's RHOBH castmates.
After confirming her separation from Mauricio Umansky on the October 25 episode of Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen, Kyle also shared an update on the nature of her relationship with Morgan.
Kyle Richards' Friendship with Morgan Wade
The mom of four appeared on Andy Cohen's late night talk series with her close pal and former RHOBH castmate, Teddi Mellencamp Arroyave, and she sounded off on all of the rumors surrounding her and Morgan.
"Well, I can tell you that she is absolutely one of my best, best friends in the world, as well as Teddi," Kyle explained. "We're all very close."
Kyle went on to share how she first got to know Morgan.
"I met her through Instagram, and then when we met her the first time, we went together," Kyle said while motioning towards Teddi. "And then we started a group chat, and we would speak every morning because we all wake up really early."
The three bonded over their early wake-up times and their shared passion for fitness, and the rest was history.
"We all became very, very close, you know," Kyle added, before responding to the speculation that she's more than just friends with the singer. "Honestly, when I see these things, I think, 'You know, if she didn't have all those tattoos, people would not say that.' I mean, I'm with my friends all the time and they don't pay attention."

Just a few days before the RHOBH Season 13 premiere, Kyle stepped out with her sister, Kathy Hilton, and her two of her four daughters, Sophia Umansky and Alexia Umansky, for one of Morgan's concerts in Los Angeles.
Kyle took to her Instagram Stories following the event, and she gushed that she "had the best time with my sister [and daughters and friends] at the [Morgan Wade] concert."
In another Story, Kyle added, "Friday night ... we had fun."
