Kyle Richards Reveals *Honest* Updates On Her Status with Both Mauricio and Morgan
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast member had a lot to say about her relationships with Mauricio Umansky and Morgan Wade.
Kyle Richards is no stranger to talking about her relationships, especially amid her current separation from her husband of nearly three decades, Mauricio Umansky.
And when Kyle's new best friend, tattooed country music musician Morgan Wade, started appearing on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills in Season 13, Kyle's fellow cast members started speculating about what was going on in her life.
But Kyle has no problem with clearing the air and addressing the hard topics.
That is exactly what she did in an interview Extra on Feb. 8, where she opened up about her friendship with Morgan, her current relationship status with Mauricio, and their living arrangements.

Kyle Richards and Mauricio Umansky's Relationship Update
Kyle was adamant that her and Mauricio are just separated and not at the point of filing for divorce. "We've been married for 28 years," she told the outlet. "Just recently, it is hard."
Kyle noted that out of all of the seasons of RHOBH, Season 13 has been the hardest for her to film. "Yes, absolutely," she said. "It's been the toughest time in my life."

Kyle also reiterated to the outlet that she and Mauricio are still living together in their Beverly Hills home amid their separation.
"We live under the same roof and we get along and we're just trying to figure it out," she said.
However, she did note that due to their busy schedules, it is rare for them actually to be together. When asked how often she and Mauricio are under the same roof together, she was honest with her reply.
"Last couple of months, not a lot at all, honestly," she said.
In an interview on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen in October 2023, Kyle elaborated on Mauricio's living space to the show's host, Andy Cohen. "I let him stay in the primary bedroom, because it's like, very masculine, and the upstairs floor is like the glam — I can't stand that word — area, and there's like a bed," she told Andy.
"So I was like, 'You know what, what am I gonna do? Put him in a little room with flowers, and, you know, pink and velvet? No."

There has been a lot of speculation when it comes to Kyle's friendship with Morgan. Especially after Morgan deleted photos of them together from her Instagram account. But, Kyle insisted in her interview with Extra that they are just friends and doesn't understand why there is so much fanfare surrounding their relationship.
"Everyone is so fascinated by this," she said. "Honestly, I think if she didn't have tattoos and everything, that people wouldn't be so intrigued."
Part of the reason that Kyle and Morgan have been spending so much time together is because she is currently working on a documentary about the country singer. "It started as a documentary but maybe a docuseries," she said. "We'll see."
Spending so much time with Morgan has rubbed off on her, especially when it comes to decorating her body with tattoos (Kyle even tattooed a "K" on her BFF).
"I went from zero to seven...I'm in my 'I don't give a you-know-what' era," she explained.
