Kristen Doute Says Lala Kent Has Become a "Vicious Person"
The #PumpRules pal justifies the group's decision to cut ties with the hostess.
Kristen Doute, Stassi Schroeder, and Katie Maloney gave Scheana Shay a round of applause after the SURver told Lala Kent that they could no longer be friends in Monday night's episode of Vanderpump Rules. However, some fans weren't cheering.
That's because they thought it looked more like something that would take place in the halls of a high school rather than the halls of SUR. However, Kristen justified the group's desire to not want anything to do with Lala during Monday night's Watch What Happens Live. "I don't want to be associated with anyone that has anything to do with someone like Lala. Someone who whines and cries to her mom [about] she's become this vicious person, but she's continued to be a vicious person since we filmed all of that," Kristen explained to one WWHL caller (clip above). "And she's body shaming Katie on social media, taking to her Snapchat and acting like she's above all of us. No, I don't want to be associated with anyone that knows that girl."
Scheana also brought up Lala's body shaming of Katie when she recently explained her decision to cut ties with the hostess in Monday night's episode, tweeting that "anyone who fat shames anyone isn't a friend to me."
Kristen previously explained to The Daily Dish why the Vanderpump Rules crew has decided they don't want Lala and her good friend James Kennedy in their lives, even though they have been able to move on and forgive each other in the past. "We don't have a history with them, and I think there's really something huge to be said for having history, hence why someone like Stassi can even be in the same room with Jax [Taylor]. It's just we've all been through so much together through so many years," she said. "It's not as if one of our best friends hurt our feelings, so we can just forgive. It's just these two random people that continue to be rude and crude and mean. It's just kind of like, it's not worth our time."
