Kim Zolciak Celebrates Her Twins' First Birthday!

Kim Zolciak's adorable twins, Kaia and Kane, celebrated their first birthday on Monday—and the Don't Be Tardy... star honored it the best way she knows how: she posted a bunch of adorable photos on Instagram (check them out below)!

Kim didn't hold back when it came to celebrating her twins' milestone. She dressed her twins in matching white outfits. Kaia sported an adorable little fascinator and white tutu, while her little prince Kane wore a white tie and gold-flecked paper crown. Each had their own personal cakes, too: pink for Kaia and blue for Kaine, which here baked by her pal Joshua John Russell.

Earlier in the day, Kim dolled her daughter up in an over-the-top white-and-pink lace gown and staged a photo shoot in her backyard.

While Kim is certainly thrilled to toast their first birthday, she also took an opportunity to look back on her wild year with her newborns. "I can't believe [they are one year old today]!" she wrote. "It seems like yesterday I told [my doctor] I feel different this pregnancy I couldn't stay awake. Seriously though and he did an ultrasound and BAAM 2 sacs!!! I couldn't believe it!!!...although twins run high on my moms side I still was in shock! What a blessing!! Kaia and Kane you have brought us so much joy!! Your brothers and sisters simply adore you and I never imagined I could love 6 kids like I do! My heart is full, my family is complete and I want to shout it from the sky THANK YOU JESUS!!!!!"

She's not kidding. Last year, Kim opened up about how motherhood has changed her and husband Kroy Biermann's life—for the better. "There's nothing in the world the compares to being a mom," she said. "Kroy and I always talk about how later on down the road, when football, TV, and all that stuff is going to be gone; we're going to have a big family and that is what we really wanted. We just couldn't be any happier."
