Kim Richards Reportedly by Monty Brinson's Side as He Continues His Battle with Cancer
The #RHOBH alum is supporting her ex as his journey "comes to an end."
As Kim Richards' ex-husband Monty Brinson continues to fight his battle with cancer, The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum is reportedly standing by his side. According to Entertainment Tonight, Kim and his family have been with Monty after his move to an assisted living facility, with a source adding that "nobody knows at this point how much longer he’ll last. He seems to mentally be good most of the time, he is just on a lot of medication."
The source further noted that Kim has "been holding up well" and that she's "at peace with Monty's diagnosis." Monty addressed his condition on Instagram. "I'm proud of sharing my journey," he wrote. "I'm surrounded by love." The post featured a video of Sylvester Stallone (identified as "Rocky Stallone") speaking to Monty, seeming to reference the fact that he has been supported by those closest to him at this time. "This might be my final resting place but I'm content," he added.
Kim addressed Monty's diagnosis in a RHOBH cast blog post in December 2014, where she revealed that he was diagnosed with lung cancer.
