Kenya Moore Is a Shade-Throwing "Ninja" When It Comes to These RHOA Ladies
#RHOA's Secretary of Shade gushes about her "exciting" #RHAwards win.
We always knew Kenya Moore had a knack for throwing shade, but now that she and Shereé Whitfield have reignited their House Wars this season of The Real Housewives of Atlanta, the shade has been off the charts. So clearly, Kenya was more-than-qualified to be elected the Secretary of Shade in this year's Real Housewives Awards. "Yay, I won the Secretary of Shade Award!" the RHOA entrepreneur gushed to The Daily Dish about her win. "Now I am the official Queen of Shade."
Hmmm, did Kenya just serve up a little bit of shade to her RHOA castmate, Phaedra Parks, who was named Queen of Shade during the inaugural Bravos award show in July?
Kenya said the win was "exciting" and that she enjoys throwing all different types of shade, including "funny shade, sneaky shade, ninja-type shade, assassin-type shade." She added, "I mean, [there's] just levels to this."
But Kenya didn't earn this title all by herself. "I would like to thank all of my esteemed and some not-so-esteemed castmates on The Real Housewives of Atlanta for providing the endless material to shade them with," she said.
As for who among the RHOA cast are the easiest for Kenya to shade, well, just see if you can guess. "I think some just provide obvious material. You know, they just keep it coming. People who say things like their house is more finished than mine, and they don't even have toilets or appliances or paint or flooring. Like, it's just insane. So they provide great material. Or people who think that the Underground Railroad was [an actual train]," Kenya explained. "I just have so much material to work with. I have to thank the people that made this happen for me."
In case you couldn't tell, Kenya's referring here to her frequent abode adversary, Shereé, and Porsha Williams, who got a bit of a history lesson in Season 6 of RHOA.
