Katie Maloney Shares “Wild” New Info About Laura-Leigh and Lukas Gage's Past Connection
The Vanderpump Rules cast member revealed something "funny" about the former SURver and actor.
During the inaugural season of Vanderpump Rules, fans got acquainted with Laura-Leigh, who used to waitress at Lisa Vanderpump’s restaurant, SUR. Ultimately, she departed the series just after one season to focus on her acting career.
Although Laura-Leigh is no longer mingling with her former co-workers, she still remains a hot topic among the group. In fact, Katie Maloney revealed a fun fact about the Juilliard-trained actress and her past connection to actor Lukas Gage.

Katie Maloney’s “wild” confession about Laura-Leigh and Lukas Gage
While appearing on the April 17 episode of the Everything Iconic with Danny Pellegrino podcast, Katie shared insight into how the former SURver knew of Lukas before he found stardom. “Do you know what’s funny, is actually Laura-Leigh was neighbors with Lukas or one of Lukas’ friends,” Katie said.
Danny, who is a proud Bravoholic and a big fan of Vanderpump Rules, was shocked about the admission, telling Katie, “What? OK, so we can get them both in a scene.”
Katie later clarified that Laura-Leigh and Lukas weren't exactly close, but were "neighbor friends," as she noted their situation as being “wild.”
As it turns out, Katie and Lukas are now in each other's orbit. Not only that but Lukas recently appeared on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen and expressed his thoughts on all things VPR (clip above).
Does Katie Maloney and Laura-Leigh stay in touch?
On a March 2023 episode of Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen, Katie shared revealed where things currently stood between her and Laura-Leigh.
“I have reached out in [the] recent past!” Katie told host Andy Cohen, who followed up by wondering if Laura-Leigh was “not receptive” to Katie's message, and Katie agreed.
“She left me on [read],” Katie replied.
Does Laura-Leigh talk to anyone else from Vanderpump Rules?
It seems like Laura-Leigh has distanced herself from the crew of Vanderpump Rules, but Scheana Shay is hopeful of reconnecting with her soon.
"I haven't seen her or talked to her in so long, but if I did, I would give her a hug," Scheana told The Daily Dish in February. "The last time I saw her, I think, was in San Diego at a bar. But yeah, no hard feelings there or anything."
Scheana also revealed that she would be thrilled to see Laura-Leigh return to Vanderpump Rules. "I wish she would come back, honestly," Scheana said. "She gave us some iconic moments. She really did."
