Kandi Burruss is taking a walk down memory lane. The Real Housewives of Atlanta cast member recently took to Instagram to share an epic throwback photo of her and fellow RHOA 'Wife, Porsha Williams.
In the picture posted on February 25, Kandi and Porsha can be seen posing next to each other in coordinating outfits consisting of black jeans and brightly colored blouses. ”#TBT to when @porsha4real @yagirldwoods & I performed opening night in #AMothersLove musical,” she wrote in the caption.
As RHOA fans will remember, A Mother’s Love is the musical that Kandi wrote, starred in, and co-produced with husband Todd Tucker. The musical went on a North American tour back in 2014, with snippets of the play captured on Season 6 of the show.
“My boy @mrglamrocksoul choreographed the whole thing & of course I wrote all the songs,” Kandi concluded in the caption. “If you never got a chance to see it, pull it up on @betplus & have a movie night.”
Porsha shared her reaction to the amazing flashback pic in the comments. “wow I LOVE THIS throw back !! such a great experience!” she wrote, also adding, “This is when i fell in love with stage plays. I’ll always appreciate the opportunity.”
