Kandi Burruss Is Rooting for Porsha Williams and Dennis McKinley
However, The Real Housewives of Atlanta mom-to-be isn't sure where things really stand between them these days.
They might live in the "Peach State," but things haven't always been peachy between Porsha Williams and Kandi Burruss. The ladies have a long and storied past of digs and shade. And most recently, their tension has centered on the fact that Kandi said she'd "heard things" about Porsha's future husband, Dennis McKinley. (In case you're wondering, those things aren't entirely flattering.)
Later, the two women hugged it out in Tokyo, after Kandi offered a heartfelt apology for having doubted that Porsha and Dennis could make it as a couple. This came after Porsha announced that she's expecting a baby with Dennis and it seemed like everything was on the mend. Key word: seemed.
On a recent episode of The Real Housewives of Atlanta Season 11 After Show, Kandi reflected on the moment. "When Porsha shared with everybody that she was pregnant in Tokyo, I automatically at that point was like you know what, I'm not gonna contribute to any negativity towards her relationships. Because at the end of the day, regardless of anybody's past or anything, I would love to see them make it, and I would love for them to be a family for their child. So I apologized."
