Josh Flagg Weighs In on Tracy's Relationship Issues with Ex Erik: "Would Never Fly For Me"
The MDLLA agents had an honest conversation about the shocking end of Tracy's relationship with Erik Anderson.
When it comes to relationships, different couples have different rules. What might be a deal-breaker for one person could be no big deal for someone else — take Josh Flagg and Tracy Tutor for example.
During the above preview for Season 15, Episode 4 of Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles — set to air on July 31 — the agents discuss Tracy's recent split from fitness trainer Erik Anderson. While it wasn't the only reason for Tracy's breakup, she shares that she discovered Erik had been exchanging flirty words with other women online before they parted ways.
While out for a drink and snack, Josh asks Tracy how she's feeling. "Better than yesterday," she responds. "Yesterday was better than the day before. I'm just getting used to not coming home to him saying 'What are we having for dinner?'"
After Josh makes the kind offer to come have a sleepover with her, Tracy says that that's not necessary. "I'm embracing being alone and I'm facing it, you know?" she explains. "We had a very honest, very deep, crack-your-heart-open kind of conversation and, you know, I essentially said, 'Look. You know my history, you know my triggers.' It definitely hurt, but I don't qualify it as cheating and stuff like that."

Josh doesn't share that sentiment.
"For me, personally, in my relationship, flirting with somebody over a webcam would never fly for me," he says. "I'm a romantic guy. I like a traditional marriage, okay? No webcam, no OnlyFans, none of that sh-t. Porn's fine."
Why did Tracy Tutor and Erik Anderson break up?
Tracy adds that her biggest challenge with Erik was definitely wrapped up in what her and her former beau wanted for their future — more children, for instance.
"Do I want to be 55 years old and be a mother of a three year old? No, I don't. It's not really what I'm looking for," the mother of teenagers explains in the clip.
