Josh Altman Shares an Adorable "First" for His & Heather's Son, Ace: "Start Them Young..."
The MDLLA agent is continuing a tradition he started with his dad.
The Altmans may have another fitness buff in the family.
On Thursday, December 26, Josh Altman took to Instagram to provide another peek at his fun-filled father duties. The Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles agent posted a video of him and his 5-year-old son, Ace, headed toward Unbreakable Performance — a SoCal fitness center that offers private boxing classes.

“Hanging with my best friend this morning,” Josh captioned the post. “He got boxing gloves for Hanukah [sic] and now he’s excited to join dad at the gym. First day of boxing practice.”
Josh — who shares Ace with his wife of eight years, Heather Altman — said regular gym outings had become a tradition among the Altman men, as he started training with his own father during his teens.
“Start them young and the mindset will last a lifetime,” he continued. “My dad got into lifting when I was 16. We used to go to the gym every day together. Never stopped since and he still works out at 75 years old. Muscle mass is much easier to gain when you are young and will last a lifetime.”

The Instagram Reel showed Ace in the backseat rocking a pair of royal blue Everlast gloves as his dad provided a bit of motivation.
“Ace is so excited. He’s got his boxing gloves on before we even go to the gym, right?” Josh said as he turned the camera toward his son. “You ready to go? All right, give me a mean face. Game face. All right, good job. Here we go. Ace’s first boxing class starts today.”
The real estate agent went on to share a few more photos and videos of the joint boxing session, in which Ace practiced his punches and playfully sparred with his dad.
“Boxing with my best friend,” Josh captioned a subsequent photo.
How Josh and Heather Altman celebrated the holidays with their family
The father-and-son activity went down after Josh and Heather provided a peek at their family’s Hanukkah celebrations. The couple posted photos of them, Ace, and their 7-year-old daughter, Lexi, posing together at the five-star Rosewood Miramar Beach hotel in Santa Barbara, California.
“Happy holidays everyone from The Altmans,” they captioned one of the holiday Stories.
Heather also shared a few “Hanukkah Selfie[s]” with her kids and their adorable dog, as well as a snap of her Hannah Polskin menorah.
“I’m so excited, my new stunning menorah just arrived,” she said on Instagram. “This is a piece of art. I cannot wait to use it for Hanukkah this year but also, it’s an investment piece. This is art that you can have year-round.”
