Go Inside Josh and Heather Altman's Agency Holiday Party: "So Grateful" (PHOTOS)
The Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles couple honored their real estate team with a "merry" celebration.
On top of all their accomplishments this year, Josh Altman and Heather Altman opened a new office in Orange County after a $2 million renovation on the place. To celebrate their success, the Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles couple gathered the Altman Brothers employees for a special holiday party that looked fun, festive, and oh-so-fashionable.
"The Altman Brothers 2024 Holiday Party[.] We love our team and are so grateful for each person!" Heather captioned a series of Instagram photos shared on December 14. The first snapshot in the series showed Heather and Josh proudly posing together at Il Pastaio, a gorgeous Italian restaurant located in Beverly Hills. For the occasion, Josh rocked a black button-down shirt, black trousers, and black loafers while Heather wore a long-sleeved, curve-hugging maxi dress with pointed-toe pumps.
"Our success is a team effort and we couldn’t do it with each and everyone of you," Heather concluded in the caption. "Cheers and happy and merry everything."
The real estate couple enjoyed delicious cocktails, scrumptious eats, and plenty of smiles with their employees ate the beautifully decorated dinner.
What's more, Heather was sure to include some adorable snapshots of her and Josh's daughter, Lexi, before the event. Lexi posed with Mom in the foyer of the head-turning Altman household and also tried on Heather's fashionable heels.

Josh and Heather have plenty to celebrate this year as their real estate business keeps growing.
In August, the married couple announced that their new Altman Brothers office in Orange County had finally opened its doors after a laborious renovation process.
"[The office] offers a coastal, organic-inspired space with unparalleled amenities, perfect for both team members and the community to connect, experience, and envision the future of real estate in Orange County," Josh wrote in the caption of an August 29 Instagram post.
Moreover, Josh and Heather revealed more of the incredible details of their new office in a September 12 Instagram video, which showed off the space's stunning neutral color palette, unique overhead light fixtures, eye-popping art prints, and more.
In her caption, Heather wrote: "The new flagship office offers a unique luxury lounge experience with cutting-edge technology, top-of-the-line appliances, custom stonework, high-end finishes, and unparalleled amenities such as a custom coffee logo printer! We can’t wait to show you the space and open our doors to the incredible community down in Orange County. Let’s gooooo!"
Josh and Heather Altman's Holiday Decorations
Josh and Heather know how to celebrate the holidays with their employees and at home.
In addition to decking their halls with a stunning white and gold Christmas tree, the couple also took to the outside of their Los Angeles house for more festive fun.
In the backyard, the Altmans set up the most adorable hot chocolate stand with some sweet snowmen, as Heather revealed in an Instagram Story photo. "Picture perfect minus the snowman's broken arm," Heather wrote over the snapshot, which showed off the light-up snowman (with a broken arm) next to the hot chocolate stand and a blow-up snowman in the vicinity.
