Josh & Heather Altman's Backyard Has a *Very* Lavish Feature (PHOTOS)
The Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles couple's fancy backyard is even more incredible than we thought.
If you called Josh Altman and he answered the phone from inside a sauna, would you really be surprised? You might be even less shocked to find out the sauna in question is located in Josh and Heather Altman's very own backyard.
During Season 15, Episode 10 of Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles, Josh subtly showed off his luxe Los Angeles backyard sauna. In a quick clip, he could be seen sitting inside the heated box as he worked on his phone.
Josh's appreciation for a good sweat session is nothing new. In fact, he called a sauna his must-have home feature during an episode of Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen in November 2021, noting that he uses one every morning during his 20-minute bike ride.
But that's not all that's going on in Josh and Heather's outdoor space. During Season 12 of MDLLA, the couple gave BravoTV.com an exclusive tour of what they jokingly called their daughter Lexi's backyard due to all the fun activities in place for their little ones (the couple also share a son named Ace). Besides plenty of toys for the kiddos (swing set and trampoline included), the backyard boasts a gorgeous pool and hot tub, AKA "Lexi's pool."
Pretty nice, huh?
Where do Josh and Heather Altman live?
While home base for the couple is currently Los Angeles, they're about to become full-time residents of Orange County. In 2023, they purchased a gorgeous waterfront home in the area that they've been renovating. The hope is that they'll be moving in by fall 2024.
"Heather knocked it out of the park," Josh told The Daily Dish in June 2024 while discussing their new five-bedroom abode. "Every inch of that house, she just rocked. It's taking a little longer, it costs a lot more, but for us, like she said, this is not a couple-year house. This is a house we're going to pass down to our kids. We're excited."
And yes, we'd imagine there's a sauna there as well.

When Heather spoke to The Daily Dish about the new house in March 2023, she said she'd be working over the next year to remodel before it became their full-time residence. While they're a little behind schedule, they were adamant about taking the time necessary to get the house exactly how they want it.
"Of course, with any remodel, you can scope one thing, and then you get into it, and you’re like, ‘Oh, let’s increase the ceiling height, let’s blow out this wall, let’s add this,’" Heather explained in the June 2024 interview. "So we definitely added some time to the project, but at the end of the day, this is our forever home so I want to do it perfect and do it right... We did everything that we wanted to with this house, and it’s going to be amazing."
