Joe Giudice Reacts to Tense Moment with Teresa on RHONJ When He Said "I Didn't Want to Get Married"
The RHONJ dad reflects on his comments in Season 10.
Teresa Giudice and Joe Giudice found themselves in a heated moment in front of Gia Giudice during Wednesday's (January 1) episode of The Real Housewives of New Jersey. Via phone call while he was still in an ICE facility earlier this year, the couple argued about money and spending as Gia was prom dress shopping — and Joe even said "I didn't want to get married" when their prenup agreement was brought up.
Now, Joe is addressing the moment on Instagram: "After all these years I don’t think it’s a secret we fight!! But, I love being married. It's so great to find one special person like Teresa!"
He then went on to comment on Gia as she was marking the milestone at that time: "In that scene, what you all missed my point?? Outer shell don’t define a person! My princess looks good in anything, a dress won’t define her! She is amazing human being! #Blessed father," he said, then noted that while he's in Italy waiting on a decision to be made in his ongoing deportation case, "Family forgets there is a time difference, fills me in."
Teresa also opened up about that moment in The Real Housewives of New Jersey Season 10 After Show. "It was just like can't believe he said that in front of Gia. It's just mean," she said about his comment about not wanting to get married.
From there, her BFF Dolores Catania weighed in on the moment and how he put a "monkey wrench" in it.
Last month, there were reports that Joe and Teresa decided to separate after two decades of marriage.
