Jimmy Fallon Tried to Trick NYC Into Believing His Singing Partner Wasn't Miley Cyrus and The Results Are Hilarious
We promise it'll make you LOL.
Miley Cyrus and Jimmy Fallon took to 47th St. Subway station to give an impromptu performance of Dolly Parton's "Jolene" and Miley's hit "Party in the USA" for Wednesday night's The Tonight Show. Referring to Jimmy as "Bart", Miley and Jimmy pretended to be a couple of country buskers bringing a lot of energy to the busy station. Jimmy slapped away at his tambourine (prompting Miley to say, "You sound good there, Bart") while Miley showed off her still-impressive vocal chops as she powered through her rendition of Parton's hit.
The duo both wore cowboy hats and dark shades to obscure their true identities, but we think a keen eye could probably still tell who was under there! It probably helps that Jimmy has a new beard the past few weeks.
They stayed incognito throughout the first song, garnering a huge crowd for the energetic performance, but finally Jimmy pulled off his hat and wig to much excitement from fans. He yelled "This is Miley Cyrus!" and the two fired into an exciting performance of Miley's 2009 hit, "Party in the USA" (with Miley cutely singing, "Party in the subway!").
Miley and Jimmy unmasked!
Miley and Jimmy keep the party going in the NYC subway.
