Jax Declares He Won't "Bow Down" to Lisa Just Because She "Owns a Few Restaurants"
The Valley cast member admits he doesn't know where his "relationship" stands with his former boss after their past fallout.

In a new preview for Vanderpump Rules Season 11, Episode 13 (airing April 23), The Valley cast member attempts to mentally prepare himself for his long-awaited reunion with his former boss and the matriarch of SUR.
Jax Taylor seeks advice from James Kennedy about Lisa Vanderpump
During the Vandepump Rules preview clip (check it out above), Jax joins James Kennedy at his house to finalize the details of their brunch event, set to take place at SUR. While reviewing the guest lists, Jax opens up to James about his fractured relationship with Lisa.
“I don’t even know what I’m about to get into,” he begins, adding, “I don’t know what my relationship is with Lisa right now.”
James then gives his opinion on the rift between Jax and Lisa, saying, “I just feel like the respect was broken.”
At this moment, the preview cuts to a past clip of Jax and Lisa from Season 7, where he broke the fourth wall and called Vanderpump Rules “[his] show.”

Jax says that he's open to settling his differences with Lisa, but notes that he that he doesn't plan to take all the blame for their fallout. “I’m not going to bow down to her because you own a few restaurants in Hollywood. Come on,” he admits to James.
“Maybe you could bring her some flowers to start. Were you planning on that?” James follows up.
As for Jax’s response? He tells James that he will “be the bigger person.”
Where does Jax Taylor and Lisa Vanderpump currently stand?
When Jax spoke to Us Weekly in October 2023, he gave an update on his dealings with Lisa, confessing that the were “great.”
“Everything’s good. We had some unresolved issues,” Jax shared with the publication. "We kind of lost contact a little bit during the pandemic and everything ... But everything’s OK now. Everything looks good.”
