Jax Taylor Gives His Honest Take on the Toms’ New Girlfriends: “She Could Be My Daughter”
Jax admitted he couldn't ignore the 18-year age gap between his longtime friend Tom Schwartz and media planner Sophia Skoro.
The Valley’s Jax Taylor held nothing back about what he thinks of the women in his friends’ lives.
The former Vanderpump Rules cast member recently spoke with The Daily Dish and discussed the new women in the lives of his former costars and friends, Tom Sandoval and Tom Schwartz.
Those new romances come after years of up-and-down relationships documented throughout the series, predominantly Sandoval’s long-term relationship with Ariana Madix, Schwartz’s marriage and divorce from Katie Maloney, and Jax’s recent separation from wife Brittany Cartwright earlier this year.
“Love them both,” Jax raved about the Toms’ new girlfriends.
What does Jax think of Tom Sandoval and Victoria Lee Robinson?
Jax told The Daily Dish that he thinks highly of the Toms’ new leading ladies, including Sandoval’s girlfriend, 31-year-old Los Angeles-based model Victoria Lee Robinson.
“Victoria, she was here last night,” Jax said in the interview, referring to his night out with Tom Sandoval in New York. “She’s so sweet; I love her to death. She’s so nice … such a breath of fresh air.”

It seemed Victoria, who recently made her Bravo debut by supporting her man on the May 7, 2024 episode of Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen, could be a perfect match for Sandoval following the cheating scandal that shook the Bravoverse and beyond.
“Nothing against Ariana,” Jax continued. “She’s great too, but I just think Victoria’s just awesome.”
Victoria, meanwhile, claimed on WWHL that she “never watched” Vanderpump Rules and chose to keep it that way.
On the Vanderpump Rules After Show, the Tom Sandoval & The Most Extras frontman raved about the woman rumored to have once been romantically linked with superstar Leonardo DiCaprio.
“I mean, she’s super cool. She’s very successful. She’s a model, does very well for herself, has her own house,” Sandoval said of Victoria. “She’s also very generous. She’s very sweet. She takes care of people. She’s very nurturing, very maternal, and she’s spontaneous. We have a lot in common.”
Meanwhile, as heavily featured in the Vanderpump Rules Season 11 finale, Ariana is currently in a romantic relationship with New York-based personal trainer Daniel Wai.

Jax also raved about Tom Schwartz’s new girlfriend, Sophia Skoro, but noted that the 23-year-old media planner was “very young” — as she is18 years Schwartz's junior.
“She could be my daughter,” the 44-year-old ex-SURver said. Still, Jax told The Daily Dish she was “so sweet.”
“When he told me, I go, ‘Tom, how old is she?’ He’s like, ‘She’s almost 25,’” Jax continued. “I’m like, ‘Wait, she’s 25?’ He’s like, ‘No, almost.’”
Jax said he gauged Sophia’s age by grilling Schwartz a little harder. According to Jax, Tom finally admitted Sophia was “like 23 and a half.”
“I’m like, “Oh, my gosh, she’s 23 and a half?’” said Jax. “But he’s happy, and that’s all that matters.”
It’s not the first time Sophia — who has yet to appear on Vanderpump Rules — has gotten flack for the new relationship. Jo Wenberg, the hairstylist with whom Schwartz was in a complicated “situationship” in Season 11, took to Instagram Live to say, “I think Tom Schwartz is dating a fan.”
In an April 2024 interview with Access Hollywood, Schwartz told reporters that things were going strong for him and Sophia.
“I’m happy. It’s kind of new and exciting, and I kind of feel at peace for the first time in a long time,” he confessed. “It’s been really pleasant … She’s just a badass human being.”
The Schwartz and Sandy’s and Tom Tom bar owners will likely be in the hot seat with Andy Cohen at the Vanderpump Rules three-part Season 11 reunion, kicking off Tuesday, May 14, 2024, on Bravo. Uncensored episodes will be available to stream the next day on Peacock.
