Jax & Brittany Come Together For a Fall Outing With Cruz: "Oh My Goodness!" (PICS)

The Valley's Jax Taylor & Brittany Cartwright, who are currently going through a divorce, reunited for the sweetest reason.

By Casey Suglia

Brittany Cartwright and Jax Taylor have been adamant about having a good relationship for their 3-year-old son, Cruz Cauchi amid their divorce. The Valley cast members officially separated earlier this year, before Brittany filed for divorce in August, but they've continued to remain a united front for their son.

How to Watch

Watch The Valley on Peacock.

The separated couple did just that on Tuesday, October 15, when they brought Cruz to Underwood Family Farms in Moorpark, California, where they had the ultimate fall day. Jax took to his Instagram story, where he revealed that the family of three started out their morning by interacting with the wildlife (which included baby chicks and chickens) before Brittany and Cruz went on a train ride.

"Cruzy! Cruz," Jax said to his son, as he walked around the farm with his hand covering his mouth in a shocked expression. "Oh my goodness! Are you just shocked? Are you shocked?"

Cruz's sheer happiness is so sweet to see, especially since he looks so excited to be surrounded by so many fun sights. Cruz and Brittany then rode on a tractor ride throughout the farm, while Jax sat in the car behind them, getting a sweet snapshot of them both.

This might be a far way away from Brittany's family farm in Kentucky, but proves that Cruz is a farm boy at heart. Just look at that smile on his face.

Brittany Cartwright says she's "focusing" on son Cruz amid Jax divorce

Rest assured, Jax and Brittany are keeping all of their focus on their son and his happiness. Brittany recently told Access Hollywood that she is not trying to start dating because her priority is her family.

"I've got to focus on myself, obviously, focusing on my son, that's the most important thing right now...I'm just trying to stay positive, be as strong as I possibly can, and just, you know, focus on what's important, 'cause, you know, my son's the most important thing ever and I need to focus on myself first," she explained.

Jax shared a similar sentiment in a recent interview earlier this month, in which he shared his philosophy on co-parenting the son he shares with Brittany.

"All I care about is my son. All I care about is hanging out with him, being healthy and being in the right frame of mind,” he told Us Weekly. “I haven’t been on my own in 10 years, so this is a new thing for me. And it’s like, it’s scary. So I’m just kind of getting used to it. I just bought a new townhouse. I’m just kind of trying to figure it all out day by day.”

Brittany Cartwright reveals how she's celebrating the fall season

This isn't the only way that Brittany has gotten her and Cruz in the fall spirit. During a September episode of her podcast, When Reality Hits, Brittany revealed that she had started decorating her home in the Valley after Jax moved into his new home earlier that month.

"I am so excited because it is spooky season and you guys know if you've been listening to me or following me on social media, I love to decorate," she explained. "So, got all the Halloween stuff here, been decorating some last night, got to finish today, hopefully. You know, I'm one of those people that start on a project and then I'm like a squirrel. So I have to move around. I just got to stay focused."
