We Finally Know Who Jax Taylor's Best Man Is

Jax Taylor and Brittany Cartwright's June 29 wedding is quickly approaching, but there are still changes in the works. Brittany recently added Lala Kent to her bridal party, along with the other Vanderpump Rules girls: Stassi Schroeder, Scheana Shay, Kristen Doute, Ariana Madix, and matron-of-honor Katie Maloney-Schwartz. And during Part 1 of the Vanderpump Rules Season 7 reunion, it was revealed who exactly is Jax's best man.

While Brittany and Jax were in the middle of a heated exchange with James Kennedy, Tom Sandoval appeared to defend James, leading Brittany to shout, "Tom, you're his best man; stop!" (Clip above.)

"OK, so if that means that I'm not allowed to ever disagree with you: Jax, you do no wrong," Tom said sarcastically.

The fiery exchange caused Andy Cohen to call for a break, at which time Jax threatened, "Tom's not in the wedding anymore. He's not in my wedding party anymore." He then told Sandoval, "It looks really bad that you're standing at my wedding saying this... You don't have to be in my wedding; I don't care."

So, Sandoval was Jax's best man. But is he still?

Never fear: He is! Sandoval confirmed to Us Weekly at the Daytime Emmy Awards earlier this month that he and Jax are good and he still has his title as best man — which he is sharing with their other bestie, Tom Schwartz.

Sandoval explained his point of view about the tense reunion: “I just always hope that people have an open mind and never make up their minds ahead of time,” he told Us Weekly. “Have an open mind and hear everybody out, try to see everybody’s side of the story, put yourself in everybody’s shoes and go from there because everybody has a reason for feeling a certain way.”
