We Have a Major Update on Below Deck Alums Jamie Jason and Chandler Brooks' Relationship
Below Deck Med alum Jamie Jason just shared some huge life news.
Jamie Jason is making some major life changes.
The Below Deck Mediterranean alum has deleted all of the posts from her Instagram account. Jamie announced the move in a new post on May 28, the only post that is now on her Instagram. "I have done an absurd thing and deleted every single IG picture," she said in a post that featured a black-and-white photo of her with her eyes closed and a smile on her face.
Jamie went on to explain her decision, and in doing so, she confirmed that she and Below Deck alum Chandler Brooks are still going strong, although their relationship is now temporarily long distance. "No, I’m not ill, and yes my relationship is absolutely fine, but during this quarantine and also navigating my way for the first time, through a long distance relationship (temporarily) I have taken the time alone to focus on things that are important, to rewrite my narrative," Jamie wrote. "Because honestly.. and I have no f--king idea how to word this! But posting pictures before to get YOU to like me thus forgetting to post 'content' that makes me happy but for the rain of appreciation and likes and affection from others."
She concluded her note, "With all the crap going on in the world from illness to lack of humanity I feel a need to re-centre, re-energize and individualize myself.. along side my partner [Chandler]."
Jamie went public with her relationship with Chandler following Season 3 of Below Deck Med. The couple had been in self-quarantine together and even gave each other haircuts while social distancing before living apart.
Jamie had previously shared some seriously steamy photos with Chandler on social media over the past two years. Only one originally posted 40 weeks ago now remains as part of Jamie's "Me & You" Instagram Story Highlights: a photo of Chandler talking on the phone while shirtless. The pic, which you can check out below, is captioned, "MINE."
