Jacqueline Laurita's Daughter Ashlee Holmes Is Married: "It’s Official"
The Real Housewives of New Jersey alum's daughter is officially Mrs. Malleo.
Nearly two years to the day of welcoming their son, Cameron Hendrix Malleo, into the world, Ashlee Holmes and Pete Malleo are officially married. The Real Housewives of New Jersey alum/daughter confirmed the news on Instagram, even giving fans a peek at her short and sweet wedding look. "It’s official... Mr. & Mrs," she captioned the photo. The wedding took place at the City Clerk's office in Manhattan, according to her Instagram post.
And, her mom, Jacqueline Laurita, quickly congratulated the pair on Twitter, writing, "I couldn’t be more thrilled for them. May they have a beautiful life together! A.M./P.M. Love you both! Congratulations!"
Back in July 2016, Jacqueline opened up to The Daily Dish about how hands-on she was — or wasn't — with helping her daughter prep for her big day, sharing, "She's planning a wedding. She has the whole thing planned out on Pinterest already. I don't have to do a thing and I wouldn't be able to help her anyway. I don't know how to do that."
Aunt Caroline Manzo also sent love to the couple on social media, writing, "Wishing my niece @ashleenicholemua and nephew @c3peteo a lifetime of love, health, and happiness as they start their journey as newly married husband and wife! Congratulations! Love you both! Xoxo."
Ashlee, who is a skilled makeup artist, and Pete got engaged in February 2016. At the time, her mom gushed about the couple in a statement to The Daily Dish: "Chris and I are thrilled to announce the engagement of our daughter Ashlee Holmes to her longtime best friend and boyfriend Peter Malleo! We are so excited to have Pete as a son-in-law and become part of our family. We love him! We are all very happy and excited for the future!"
The future certainly looks bright for the Malleos!
