RHOP's Mia Thornton isn't the only one to have decades-long history with the radio personality.
The Real Housewives of Potomac’s Mia Thornton’s romance with her radio DJ beau, Incognito aka “Inc,” has some deep roots.
The high school sweethearts' love first blossomed when they were young teens, but Mia isn’t the only RHOP cast member with a history with the radio host.
Given Mia and her BFF Jacqueline Blake’s close decades-long bond, it’s no surprise that Inc and Jacqueline have also known each other for years — but Jacqueline just dropped some surprising details about their history.
Did Jacqueline and Inc ever date?
Jacqueline shared in Season 9 Episode 3 of RHOP that after Mia and Inc went their separate ways, Inc seemingly tested the waters with her — although they never dated.
“Inc and Mia were pretty wild together, living this kind of rebel lifestyle,” Jacqueline recalled in her confessional. “Now, I thought this was kind of weird, but after they split up because Mia wasn’t available, he was asking me out for, like, dinner.”
Due to her close friendship with Mia, Jacqueline turned the offers down.
“I kind of was like. let me stay away,” she said while making an “x” sign with her hands. “'Cause I don’t want those problems.”
In the years that followed, Inc and Jacqueline seemingly stayed close friends.
When Mia first revealed she had a new love in her life in December 2023, on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen she told Andy that Jacqueline was “the best friend of my new boo.”
When Did Mia and Inc begin dating?
Although they just revived their romance, Mia and Inc have a long history together.
“Inc and I are high school sweethearts,” she told RHOP. “We dated into our young adolescent adulthood.”
The radio personality opened up about the teen romance on the podcast, Reality with the King, revealing that the two first met while they were each working at the mall in Columbus, Georgia, where they grew up. Mia played hard to get and refused to let Inc write down her number, forcing him to memorize it instead. The move didn’t keep them apart for long, however, and soon the two were an item.
Mia even shared an adorable photo of the young lovebirds sitting together in a car on RHOP.
After attending prom and graduating from high school, Mia and Inc decided to move to Charlotte, North Carolina. After more than three years together, the romance fizzled out after Inc chose to move back to Georgia to pursue his career in radio — although the two still remained friends.
While they were apart, Mia met and married her husband Gordon Thornton and the couple had two children together. But after the couple’s relationship began to fall apart, as chronicled in Season 8, Mia rekindled her relationship with Inc, who hosts the syndicated radio show Posted on the Corner, in the fall of 2023.
“He’s my best friend,” Mia said on RHOP of where the couple stand today.
