Jackie Goldschneider's Kids Asked If She and Evan Were Getting Divorced After Teresa Giudice Drama
The Real Housewives of New Jersey cast member recalls a tense time in her marriage during Season 11.
Amid her drama with Teresa Giudice, Jackie Goldschneider decided not to attend The Real Housewives of New Jersey ladies' trip to Lake George in Season 11. One reason, Jackie explained in the above The Real Housewives of New Jersey After Show clip exclusive to Bravo Insider, is because she felt like she "needed to be home with my family."
"Evan was really, really upset, and I was really upset. And we were bickering and fighting, and we were trying so hard to not let our emotions spill out into what the kids could see — but they saw it," Jackie recalled of that difficult time for her family. "They saw me crying. They saw him upset. Everything was destroyed. I didn't sleep that week."
Jackie went on to describe this period as "the worst five days of my life" and recalled "one huge" argument with Evan while they were driving to dinner, along with their children, Jonas, Adin, Hudson, and Alexis. She also shared how much her kids knew about what was going on. "We didn't give them details, but you could tell that they were scared," Jackie said. "They asked me a few times, 'Are you and Daddy gonna get divorced?'"
Of course, Jackie and Evan are still very much together and in love today. However, the events of Season 11 of RHONJ still took an emotional toll on the couple and their children, which you can hear Jackie open up more about in the video, above.
