Jackie Goldschneider Is “Excited” About Friendship with Teresa: “Makes Me Happy”
“I’ve never felt like you and I were OK until now,” Jackie told Teresa. “Until, like, like two weeks ago."
It's time to lighten up.
That's how Jackie Goldschneider feels anyway, as she recently revealed that she is “really excited” about forging a fresh bond “and hanging out” with Teresa Giudice.
How’d that 180-degree turn happen? In a preview for Season 14, Episode 6 of The Real Housewives of New Jersey, airing Sundays at 8/7c on Bravo, Jackie said Teresa radiates “fun” energy.
“I want to be surrounded by nice people and people who make me happy, so here we are,” Jackie said. "I don't want the heavy stuff."
Jackie and Teresa's friendship, explained
Jackie joined the cast of RHONJ in Season 9 in 2018. Since then, she and Teresa have tended to rub each other the wrong way.
By Season 11, tensions were at an all-time high. Teresa said Jackie wasn’t smart, while Jackie maintained that Teresa was “a non-stop monster” who’s not “her cup of tea.”
Now it appears that peace is what’s brewing. Jackie even dropped by Teresa’s home, as seen in the recent preview.
“I’m really excited that I’m hanging out with Teresa,” she told producers. “And if I was looking at this a year ago, I don’t think I’d be able to explain it to myself.”
“I want to be surrounded by nice people and people who make me happy,” Jackie added in the confessional.
At Teresa’s home, the two shared small talk and a laugh about having kids the same age.
Proud mom Teresa explained that her 14-year-old daughter Audriana has traded dancing for volleyball. Teresa told Jackie that volleyball was why she made a hasty exit from a brunch Danielle Cabral hosted that turned contentious.
“That’s why the other day at the brunch I wanted to leave,” Teresa told Jackie. “It was her first volleyball game.”
“Oh, OK,” said Jackie. “I wouldn't have blamed you for wanting to leave anyway.”
Jackie has recently found herself on the outs with Margaret Josephs, who accused her of being a bad friend.
“I was very grateful that Margaret wasn't there because I was not in the mood,” Jackie told Teresa. “I just don't know where anything goes with her at this point. Like, she just seemed angry.”

Teresa and Margaret, meanwhile, have had ongoing drama. In the preview, Melissa Gorga told her husband, Joe Gorga, she suspects that Teresa has been drawn to Jackie because they share an enemy in Margaret.
But Teresa claimed that seeing Jackie “stand up” for herself turned the tide.
“I love my friends that stand in their path,” she told Jackie. “I love powerful women … I think you’re amazing.”
Jackie admitted the shift has been a surprise.
“I’ve never felt like you and I were OK until now,” she told Teresa. “Yeah, until, like, two weeks ago. I was a broken person for a long time. I’m not anymore ... I feel like the energy coming from you and from Jen [Aydin] is just so much, like, lighter and more fun. That’s what I’m after. Like, I don't want the heavy stuff.”
In fact, Jackie told Teresa that her reference to Rachel Fuda's husband John Fuda as a “parking attendant” was hilarious.
“I nearly fell off my f-cking chair,” Jackie giggled.
