Is New Shah Nema Vand Too Close to His Sister Dr. Mona Vand?

Nema Vand and his sister Dr. Mona Vand are very close now after spending years apart. But are the new Shahs of Sunset pal and his sibling too close?
"Okay, so now that I know their whole story and we've gotten closer, it kind of makes a little bit more sense," Golnesa “GG” Gharachedaghi said on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen in response to a caller who wanted to know if they seemed a little bit too intimate. "I think when you haven’t been in someone’s life for that many years and all of a sudden you’re re-introduced and you’re supposed to be brother and sister, it’s awkward a little bit, so I think you picked up on that."
"They’re making up for lost time and they haven’t set boundaries yet," Mike Shouhed said. "They just love each other and it seems a little weird but it's not."
"You guys will see past it," GG added.
Well, that settles it (at least from GG and Mike's perspective).
