On the 21st season of Top Chef, the contestants tackled new challenges, cooked at unexpected venues, and incorporated unusual food items into their dishes. The finale episode ended with the final three cheftestants competing on aboard a Holland America Cruise, where they learned who would take home the coveted Top Chef title.
When did Top Chef Season 21 premiere?
Season 21 of Top Chef officially premiered on Bravo on March 20, 2024.
Per the show’s press release, “A new batch of 15 talented, rising star chefs, and James Beard nominees from across the country vie for the coveted title, bringing their unique skillsets, culinary heritage, and innovative flavors.”

The Season 21 finale aired on June 19.
Who was the new host for Top Chef Season 21?
Bravo announced in July 2023 that a new host was set to take over the culinary competition. The new Top Chef host was Kristen Kish, who won Season 10 of the series back in 2013.

In her new role, the award-winning chef brings “a fresh perspective, new rules and unexpected twists.”
Kristen took the reins from Padma Lakshmi, who confirmed her exit from the show in June 2023 after 19 seasons.
Where can I watch the Top Chef after show, The Dish with Kish?
Following the Season 21 premiere of Top Chef, BravoTV.com debuted a new digital after show, The Dish with Kish, presented by Saratoga® Spring Water and hosted by Kristen Kish.
Kish was joined in each episode by a Top Chef alum, and the duo discussed the culinary action we previously saw while creating a new dish inspired by the episode’s challenges, sharing new info into the creativity and techniques behind challenge-winning dishes.
